Six recordings of me dropping planks onto bricks, which clatter as they hit the ground. I recorded this a while ago with my phone and decided to polish them up a bit. I used audacity and ozone imager to widen the stereo image. Recorded late 2018 or early 2019 with a samsung galaxy j2 pro.

Some guys across the alley were throwing things out the window this morning, which woke me up and ticked me off. Instead of yelling at them, i put up my mic and recorded the impacts. This is the raw audio from the recording (only mono, sorry, didn't have time to set up two mics). Some really nice impacts and other hidden goodies in here. A distorted falling reese. Reminds me of some sort of malfunction. Made with image-line harmor and its built-in distortion and unison modules. (and other random fx. ).
I think, this sound is good for spawning metallic or sharp objects in games. Maybe, falling of metallic barrel or some strange space rocks will be apropriate. Opening of spaceship doors seems good too.
This recording is made not of the falls but of the water right before the falls, so you can hear the roar of the falls in the background, but the recording is dominated by the sound of the river approaching them. I made the recording on the brazilian side of the falls, if that makes any difference to you.
